The firm was founded by John T. Sebastian who brings over 40 years of experience from his work at Dick Corporation, a national general contractor and dck worldwide, an international contractor and successor company to Dick Corporation. Throughout his career, John has been client focused and utilized a practical, common sense approach to achieve measurable results. He has developed and implemented strategic and business plans, managed and instituted process improvements in all aspects of organizations including: marketing, business development, estimating, preconstruction, contracts, cost control, scheduling, quality, safety and operations. He has had profit & loss responsibility for operations throughout the United States, the Caribbean and the Pacific, he has negotiated many complex deals and structured numerous joint ventures. He has merger & acquisition experience as well as experience in the restructuring of under performing assets. John has been involved in numerous landmark construction projects including: PNC Park in Pittsburgh, Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington, DC, The Atlantis Resort on Paradise Island, Bahamas, The Venetian Resort in Las Vegas and many monumental government and military projects among others. His experienced has included all sectors of the commercial construction market, both public and private.
